Welcome Black
its another year, another time for me to face me
because I'm under attack and I'm the only aggressor I see.
I did it and it can't be undone,
who else can I blame but number one.
I can explain with explanations and exclaim with
exclamations, then justify with justifications,
my position in different situations.
A pat on the black, keeps me looking ahead
onto paths to tread, where things are undead and left unsaid
as I keep one thing I dread, still in my head.
Me, I'm the problem and the solution, the odds are stacked
against my focus, which is cracked,
releasing a plague of biblical proportions,
remember Moses and the locusts?
Hey its OK, I'm alright, I'll sleep good tonight,
I found the key, to why I struggle with me.
Its not thee, thats the reason I'm not free, its me.
And until I have no lack and sure to fade to black.
