I feel so terrible. I haven't updated anything in a really long time. As of right now, I have final exams to be studying for, and drum major tryouts coming up fairly soon, so I don't know how much I can be on. I promise once the summer comes I should be on a lot. Unless of course my buttface of a stepmom makes me visit the family for the summer. Just stay tuned to anyone who cares... and I'll get stuff posted verry verrry soon. I'm also thinking about dropping my novel contest. I want a total of at least ten people in the contest. If I don't get that many by the start of summer, I'm going to extend dates or drop the contest. I haven't decided yet. Thanks. Stay musically educated and love life. ~Duckie =)

My Muse... ick is being put on temporary hold so that I can work on They Called Me a Murderer and I Know How to Save You. I think honestly the issue here is that I start too many projects at once. In other news: I'm now hosting my second contest. Due to the arrival of summery weather, I've been bitten by the "summer bug" and decided to host a NOVEL CONTEST with a summer theme. If you're interested in joining comment the contest. I've been feeling rather unimportant on this site. So don't be surprised if you're one of those random people that I commented on your work. Ew. That was worded weird. So I've been bitten by the summer bug and the comment bug. Let's make sure I don't get a rash. ;D

Kayy... Here's the biz people. Entries for my contest will be accepted no later than 11:59 PM tomorrow. Hopefully the winners will be posted on thursday (that's my goal as of right now) but I can't make any promises due to the fact that my teachers like to flucuate (sp?) the amount of homework they give daily and I have no study hall. The best of luck to all of my entrants. On another note, I'm deleting my story "Diary of a Love-Phobic Girl" due to my lack of interest in it. Sorry to anyone who was wanting more chapters (Which was like one, I think.) Also, I am going to be posting a new chapter in "I Know How to Save You" by the end of the week. "My Muse... ick" will probably not be updated before saturday because I'll be working on "They Called Me a Murderer" and "I Know How to Save You." Okay. Let me put this into perspective for you. My name is Diana, but you can call me Duckie Lynn, Darson, or anything else. I honestly answer to everything. I'm 16 years old, and unless we're super tight, you'll never know the day I turn 17. I’m not what you would call "normal" but that’s okay. I think getting called normal is the worst insult you could ever get. I have a potty mouth, so please, excuse my French. I don't love Twilight, in fact, I think it's rather overrated...

Music is my life. I don't know where I would be without it. I listen to everything from Britney Spears to Slipknot. From Lady Gaga to Otep. From Rise Against to Hot Chip. From Forever the Sickest Kids to Breathe Carolina. From Escape the Fate to Eminem. It's my escape from reality sometimes. I am the biggest BANDGEEK I know. I play the tuba. I play the euphonium. As a matter of fact, I play music you've never heard of... unless of course, you're a band geek as well.

As it turns out, I'm not exactly the kind of girl that guys go for... I'm "one of the guys." It's fine by me. I don't want guys looking at my boobs all the time. Plus, a boyfriend is the last thing on my mind as of right now.

Well, obviously, purple and lime green are my favorite colors. I like the way they look together, I like the way everyone looks at me like I'm on drugs when I tell them my favorite colors, and I like purple and lime green. I want my first car to be a VW Beetle, painted lime green with purple polka dots.

I have a fashion sense that is equivelent to a dead cockroach, but that okay. I like to wear my mismatched socks and jeans with song lyrics written all over them. It makes me STAND OUT!
