How to know God

Hello everyone. I have decided to take the much treasured advise of many of my friends and advisors ton write my memoirs. I am only sixty years old and believe that, hopefully, I have many years of life to enjoy and explore. Yes, it is true that I have some health problems but they are not major. I have had, for example a form of mild arthritis ever since I was in my twenties. Plus I haven't always been able to talk clearly because of of a speech impediment and regular old fashioned shyness..

But I will go into the detail of that later. Wouldn't want to give away any spoilers. Needless to point out I believe that I do have a journey to tell about. It isn't any where near over yet (I hope). But then I personally believe in eternity and I look forward to seeing what's out there.

PS: I am from Anderson, South Carolina which has an interesting history. It was the first town (at least in the Southern United States) to receive electrical power over long distance power lines. I am not sure if it was the first in the USA or not but it was the first in the South

And we have had a parade of historical figures in our city from Amelia Aerheardt the popular flyer who was lost at sea.She told at group gathered at Anderson County Airport that Anderson was one of the nicest places she had ever visited and if anyone from Anderson visited New York City to look her up and she would show them around.

Also we have been visited by The Three Stooges (Moe,Larry,Shemp. Burt Lancaster and Cuba Gooding,Jr). and George Clooney..

So such is the area I grew up in. At one time I really wanted to be an actor. I even did a screen test. But more about that in the Chapters. Enjoy.
