So you splash in the puddle
And council me out of my clothes
On the street standing naked
I hear the horns start to blow
All eyes open wider now
Do as I ask you
And I will not hurt you
The fireflies are singing
In only the way that they can
In silence you can listen
To turn them on even more
Just take it all back
And I can go on my way
Maybe I'll see you tomorrow
Today was too close a call
