I love writing, its the one thing i've always really wanted to do, and its definitley what im best due to the fact my lack of co-ordination prohibits me from playing any kind of sport in a serious manner. I love reading, while most "normal" teenagers are told that cannot watch TV or play the Xbox in the run-up to their exams, i have been told i'm not aloud to read any new books. Only when i have completed an acceptable amount of revision will i dare to venture up to my room and relax with a good book. I adore books, my bookshelf is over flowing up to the point where i have had allocate draw space for the books i cannot fit. I need another bookshelf. If anybody in my family has books they neeed to get rid, they will invariably find their way to me. I point blanc refuse to give away, let alone throw in the rubbish, books. To me, it feels like a felany, like murder. I cried when i had to give a grand total of two books to charity. They weren't even books i read anymore, but i had read them, and every book i have ever read is engraved in my memory. I never forget a book, all books have some kind of impact on me. I can spend hours talking to my mum about a book, telling her all the little complex details and themes and my ideas about it. So, with all that said, what i really want to do in my life is to write a book that will leave an impact, even if its just on one person. I want to right something that will make people think, something someone like me might to talk to their mum about. So here i am. This is like a super massivley cheesey bio but... writing is my dream. And if this site makes one person thinks my books are interseting or even gets me published, then, i've come a long way. So, in short, please read my books!
Here's the summary for my fantasy novel "The Sphere", which is currently a working progress and part of a series of three, called "The Chosen Ones"!
Carmarnia Belvoy's life is as dreary and ordinary as it is possible to be, that is until a the mysterious Elazar washes up on the beach. His presence rocks Carmarnia's plain world into tumult of grief, adventure and betrayal as she discovers that her destiny is twined with his, and that even those closest to them can harbour murderous secrets. Together, they are The Chosen Ones, the only ones who can harness the greatest power known to The Four Kingdoms... but will they prevail, or are the dark forces stacking the odds against them? One thing is sure, the quest that they must undertake will be the darkest and most dangerous road they have ever travelled...
