I'm fifteen years old and I love to both read and write, but I have only recently started to post things online after much persuasion from my friends. I love to hear what people have to say about my work both good and bad as then I can improve. I live in England and have never been outside of Europe, but I hope to travel more in the near future. In all of my novels I never say where the story is based as I like to be able to imagine the events of stories I read taking place where I live so I like others to be able to do that as well.
I write mostly fantasy with a bit of romance thrown in as well as that's the kind of books I read in my spare time. Although I sometimes write poems. I hardlyever write anything based in real life as I prefer to let my imagination go wild as I write. When I'm writing I get very attached to the characters, especially the main characters as I always put a bit of myself in there.
I love to get reading requests mostly for novels especially if they've just started as I'm more likely to stick with it for the whole story, but ill read anything and always leave a comment so if you have anything you would like me to read just say. Although I don't like to read fan-fiction it bugs me when the characters are ones that I love and someone's writing something that I could never see happening so if there are any fan-fiction reading requests I will just delete them. I also love to read poetry as long as its not too long and if its got a meaning to it. My favourite poem is called 'Out of the Blue' by Simon Armitage and would defiantly recommend it to anyone.
I've normally had these story's or ideas going around in my mind for months before I actually write anything down which is probably why I have a few first chapters of novels but nothing after I always find second chapters the hardest and they take me the longest to write to get them just how I think they should be as I'm a bit of a perfectionist but there's nothing really wrong with that.
