Eclipse of my Heart

Standing by the river I get a glimps of our past love

I see you walking towards me, and I start to cry

"Oh why did you leave me in time of need?

for I have loved you even in the times of greed".

Looking up at the moon I stumble to the water,

& cry."Oh why have you caused me so much tears?

I break down, Oh my love I have loved youand cherished

our times together, but theres only grief now theres only,

Loneliness, and TearsI cry. Come back to me my love

for I call upon you, Oh please bring the wings of the dove.

O the old eclipse of my heart is here.
