A kid discovers the truth about the people
My books are currently becoming available on Amazon. A diverse short story collection entitled "Out-Of-Mind Experiences" was released in May 2008. A sample ("Unleashed: Tail One") can be viewed on Booksie as well as my website.
I am the author of stories, books, poems, songs, and screenplays ranging from Nonfiction to Fiction (usually a blend of genres). My sons are multi-talented authors as well. Together we’ve launched a website to promote our creative projects and have formed a folk-rock band called Trilllogy3. As a writer, I have to make a tremendous effort in order to not add humor in my work. I enjoy serious horror, for example, yet rarely will create it without injecting at least some quirkiness to the plot. I pride myself on being imaginative and original, as well as slightly cuckoo (okay, more than slightly). I have spent years developing a style I feel is my own. I am meticulous about editing and rewrite much more than I write. I am passionate about poetic prose, about the balance and flow of each sentence I compose. I am a bit obsessive-compulsive over redundance -- which can consume a large amount of time -- and hold unconventional views that I refuse to compromise, such as the voice of a story should be seen and heard (rather than kept quiet so as not to attract attention). I believe above all in being different!
