I was born in KILIBA/ Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on February 6th,1977. KILIBA is located between the towns of BUKAVU and UVIRA Eastern DRC. I was born from both Mr. LUBUNGO KAHESI LEONARD and Mrs. VUMILIA NSIMIRE GEORGETTE.my interest in public relating matters led me to be more in possible ways which may be undertaken to bring relief in lives of people specially those from africa : this comes as inspiration for me to undertake varsity studies in public administration and development studies as my first degree with university of south africa (2003-2006),and expect to continue with my second degree with university of cape town in social policy and management (january2007) and master degree through correspondence with a swedish university of malmo in communication for development (august 2007-2009).referring to the above background i never miss opportunity to give my views in a specific social topic where i can and share them with member of scientific communities through short articles.
