Clearly my name is Marcedes Henry. I am seventeen years old and am a Junior in highschool. I have been writing since before I can remember. I tend to write fiction with a splash of realism from my own life and experience. I also enjoy writing about other books; how well I feel it was written, the general idea, the authors' other works, stuff like that. I encourage any and all critizisms/opinions about me writing so please feel free! (I realy stink at spelling)
I live with my parents as well as five out of eight of my brothers. My family is very close and have supported my writing from day one. My mother works for a CPA and my father, well he does a few things, he is a Foster Care Recruitment Ambassador and a substitute math teacher at the private elemntary school which four of my brother attend. It is funny that he does these thing since his degree is an engineering one. :) Something that may catch peoples intersests is that my folks are foster parents, well kind of. They did foster care for about twelve years before they decided to adopt us all. So now, six of us are adopted, two should be but aren't, and one is biological. Their ages range from six to thrity-nine. The names are Alex(six), Stephen(eight), Alazay(nine),Tyrese(ten), Tyler(twelve), Larry(thirteen), Jed(thirteen), and Bill(thirty-nine). God bless my parents, right? I have live here for for more than ten years and I still do not know how they did it! Another thing I should and would like to point out is that our version of "foster care" is far different from the stereotypical group home. In our house, as soon as you step trough the door, you become family. We have a very structured house (the way that is possible with so many of us).
