This is my shameless attempt to promote hard whisky...

I sit there as I pull another chunk of flesh of my face. It hurts as I pull at it, trying to free it. Eventually it comes of and I look at the horrific scab with pride then flick it across the room. I resume writing Hard Whisky when I scratch my head and the newly open wound stings at the touch. I recoil instantly and look at my fingers; the tips have a small coating of blood. I lick the blood savouring the red taste of copper. Then I reach across my desk to where I keep the bacterial gel and pick it up. There is only a small vestige left but it's enough. I pop open the lid and place a bit on my other hand. I then put down the bottle and pull up my hair revealing the bleeding wound right next to my right eye and place the gel on it. I wince at the pain and my right eye is shut it hurts that bad. Once the pain has subsided I resume Hard Whisky once again. I rub my left eye and feel a scab next to it. My eyes glance over to the bottle, there's enough left…
