Dear Michael,
I know that you will never be able to read this, but I hope that you are looking down on people with a smile, knowing that they are following in your footsteps to “make a better place for you and for me”.
In life you were so ridiculed for having a pure, kind, and gentle heart, something which our government and politicians forget about quite a long time ago.
In this letter I want to thank you. I want to thank you for all that you did in your music, in your loving care of the people in need and whose hearts are struggling to keep beating. You used your wealth and talent as I believe God would have wanted you too. You used it for the good of others, and you used to help progress lives and give people like myself hope of a better world, a tomorrow with no more tears, a future with nothing but children’s laughter and smiles.
And although you have passed on from earth, you will be highly celebrated in the heavens, and one day in the future I look forward to seeing your face.
You were a light to many, to guide the lost and weary through the hard times we faced, and are facing. You were and will always be my inspiration.
Thank you.
