It's quiet now.
The thing is done with.
The mess on my hands speaks of
What I did;
No one can know.
I clean them with my
Mouth.
It tastes awful,
Like vinegar or acid.
I swallow the stuff;
What else to do with it?
God.
I lay down,
Draw the covers over me.
I am
Disgusting.
Silently I close my
Eyes.
I wish I could close my
Mind.
Shut out all the thoughts.
Close up the feelings.
Guilt.
Content.
Confusion.
Calm.
Indifference?
I don't know.
That stuff was awful;
My stomach spasms.
Oh Christ,
Don't you dare throw up.
Don't you dare.
I'm gasping,
Shaking,
Holding my stomach.
God, the pain.
Shh,
It's okay.
Relax.
Breathe.
Go to sleep.
I cry.
