"Why do you keep talking shit every time there's people around?" Lourdes asked. "If you want to talk about this fine, but I don't need an audience!"
Pullo laughed. "Are you happy about this? Did you get everything you came for?"
"What really bothers you?" Lourdes yelled. "That I found out about all your baggage that you were too much of a coward to admit?"
"Coward?!" He exclaimed.
"I think the parties over." Lourdes could hear Lolita saying to some people.
"Did you think you could keep me in the dark forever?" Lourdes asked.
Pullo turned and slammed his hands hard against the wall. "It wasn't about that!" He yelled.
"Yeah, parties over," Dalia said, "maybe we should starting seeing people out."
"I see you," Lourdes said, "I see you clearly. And there's no mystery or method to your madness. You're just a pissed off, type A male, who was duped by a girl." Pullo said nothing. But his eyes said it all. He was fucking pissed. She had touched a nerve. "That's it." Lourdes said making the connection the longer he stayed silent. "Is it that you underestimated me?" She asked smartly. "It bothers you that you don't have all the control. Well buddy, I guess you met your match."
Somebody turned off the music. The house had their full attention.
"If you think," Pullo paused, "that I'm going to let you get away with this-"
"Will you stop! I mean honestly, you act like I murdered your dog or something!"
"You treacherous bitch!" He yelled. Yeah he was drunk, he was pissed. She could let that slide, she could let him get away with that. But...nah, did he just call her bitch?
"Oh I bet you say that to all your wives." Lourdes cracked. "You really know how to sweet talk a girl." Lourdes watched his face as the realization came to him that she knew more about his personal life than just what the military files offered.
"Lourdes don't you fucking push me!" Pullo yelled.
"You stuck a gun between my legs!" She screamed. "You're lucky that's all I did!"
Yep, the party was over. Lita and Dalia handed people their coats as they tried to usher everyone out quickly.

Lourdes felt a strange sensation, she was starting to tingle and go numb. Fuck! She forgot about the pill again, this was a bad time to be hitting like this. She turned away from everybody, walking quickly to Pullo's room. She shut the door behind her, and went and stood in a corner. "Oh no." She whispered to herself. She couldn't be high like this, in the situation that she was in. She heard the bedroom door open and close behind her, but she couldn't worry about that right now. She put her both her palms to her head, covering her eyes, and turned to face the wall. "Oh god." She whispered to herself. She tried to breathe slow and deep, and let the overwhelming euphoria take her.
Pullo walked up slowly behind her. He couldn't quite tell what she was doing. Her head was in her hands, her shoulders convulsed softly, it seemed as if she was weeping. He stood still for a moment, contemplating what to do. He put his hands on the back of her shoulders. "Don't cry." He said sternly. "You don't get to do that."
Lourdes continued to softly convulse, not removing her hands from her face. Pullo's hands on her back felt good, but she wish he'd shut up.
Pullo took his hands from her shoulders, rubbing her back and letting them drop down to her waist. He hugged her from behind. "Stop it," he said, kinder this time, "I can't stand to see a girl cry."
That felt better. His arms around her felt nice. She closed her eyes. "Don't let go." She whispered.
He rested his head on the back of hers. "We're not even close to resolving this," he said, "you gotta pull it together."
She removed her palms away from her eyes, then turned around to face him. She couldn't look at him just yet, her whole high counted on weather she peeked in a positive environment. She put her hands on his waist and rested her head on his chest. Pullo held her until she stopped convulsing. She felt great. The intense peeking sensation evened out to a blissful high. And with Pullo still holding on to her, everything was magical. All her inhibitions were released.
"Stop crying," he said, "you're trying to make me forgive you, it's too soon."
"I'm not crying," she mumbled with her head still buried in his chest, "I'm peeking."
Pullo grabbed her by the back of her head, pulling her away from his chest so he could look at her face to face. Not one tear. No bloodshot eyes. He pushed her away from him and took a step back. "You are unbelievable." He said coolly.
"So I've been told." Lourdes said trying not to smirk. She ran her fingers through her curly hair, then pulled it back into a loose bun. How can such a small pill make everything feel soooo great, with every touch and feel? She rested the back of her head against the wall. She had to remember not to stay lock jawed or grind her teeth, but she really really wanted to.
There was a soft knock at the door, which they both ignored.
"You stood there and let me think you were crying." He accused.
"No I didn't," she said taking a step towards him and closing the gap between them, "I couldn't function. I needed a moment, until it all passed." It was hard for her to even focus now, but she wanted to appear like she cared. But him being mad at her wasn't an option anymore. At least, not until she came back down.
"Why would you go and get high, when you know we're having a beef?" He asked.
Lourdes was suddenly feeling very warm, She took off her leather jacket and tossed it in a chair. She turned and smiled at him, saying nothing. She had already forgot the question.
"I can't deal with you like this." He said turning away from her.
"So don't." She laughed.
"I'll drive you home." He offered.
"Nah-ah, you're not taking me home like this." She sang.
"You should go and crash in another room then." He said.
"Nope." She said grabbing his arm and squeezing his bicep. She couldn't help herself.
"No?" He turned back.
"No." She said smiling. His shirt was so soft. She let go of his arm and put both her hands on his shoulders. She clasped her hands around his neck and kissed him. He kissed her back, forgetting to be angry for a moment. Lourdes giggled and pulled away slightly.
"Your loaded!" He said grabbing her wrist and taking them from around his neck, but still holding them in both his hands.
"And your drunk, so what's your point?" Her wrist were tingling where he was squeezing them. She leaned forward and kissed him again, then pulled her hands away. He seemed disappointed.
There was another soft knock at the door. Lourdes walked over to the bed and layed on it. The down comforter was so soft, she wanted to wrap it all around her.
"Everything okay in there?" Lita's voice came quietly from the outside. Pullo watched Lourdes, staring at her in disbelief. He walked to the door and opened it. Lita and Dalia were standing there. "What did you give her?" He asked.
"A, b, c, d, e, e, e." Lourdes sang from the bed. She sat up, leaned forward and unzipped her boots. She tossed them on the floor and giggled.
"Don't worry," Lita said smiling and motioning her hands all over the place, "she's fine, just don't freak her out." She look back and forth between the Lourdes and Pullo and started giggling also. Lourdes could tell she must of peeked too.
"You've got to be kidding." He said. "What? Did you all take the same thing?"
Lita put her index finger to her lips. "Shh." She said. "Don't tell anybody." She and Dalia both laughed.
"Oh man." Pullo said walking away from the door. He went and sat down on the edge of the bed next to Lourdes.
"I feel like swimming." Lourdes said. "Who's up for it?"
"Yes!" Dalia said from the doorway.
Pullo looked at all three of them silently.
"Um Pullo? You know Dalia right?" Lita asked, still grinning, introducing them.
"Hi!" Dalia said waving.
"I don't believe this." He said. "I'm not babysitting the three of you all night."
"You should be so lucky." Lita giggled.
"It's okay," Lourdes nudged him with her shoulder, "you don't have to. We can all handle big fun." She looked at Dalia. "Meet you by the pool?"
"Yes!" Dalia said turning to leave.
"No." Lita said. "No swimming. We were just leaving. Remember?"
"Oh yeah." Dalia said frowning slightly.
"I feel like dancing." Lita said.
"Ooooh," Lourdes smiled, "that sounds like fun."
"Wanna come?" Lita asked, cutting her eyes at Pullo. "I can give you a ride home after. Or you can crash at my place." This was Lourdes' chance to escape. She should probably take it. Pullo looked at Lourdes. "You want me to go?" She asked. He was silent. He said nothing. "Pullo," she said sweetly, "how bad does all this really have to hurt?" He sat there silently, still not saying anything. Lourdes realized, for the first time tonight, he actually didn't want to discuss this with the two of them standing there.
Lourdes looked at Lita. "I think I'll crash here. I feel like getting wet anyway."
"Alright." Lita said nodding her head. "So you'll be alright then?"
"Yep." Lourdes smiled, barely able to sit still.
"And when I check on you two in the morning, both parties better still be breathing."
"We're fine." Pullo assured her.
Lourdes stood up and walked barefoot to the front door to see them out. "Nice meeting you Dalia," she said, "sorry it was under these circumstances."
"I'll see you in a couple of days." Dalia waved goodbye. Lita turned and looked at Lourdes. "You two be good." She said. "I don't have bail money, just so you know!"
Lourdes laughed. "Fat chance, not with the drugs I'm on. Come on," she said, "give us a hug, and off you go." She embraced her, giving her a quick squeeze, then said goodnight. Lourdes closed the door, then turned and walked down the hallway and stood in the door frame of Pullo's room. "I'm going outside," she said, "you alright?"
Pullo looked up at her leaning forward, still sitting on the bed. "Yes." He said. Lourdes twirled around to leave.
"Lourdes?" He said.
She turned back around.
"Come here."
She slinked up to him slowly. She didn't want to talk anymore. It had been a long weekend. She stood in front of him, she knelt down, bending her knees and sitting on the back of her legs. "Yes darling?" She smiled, tilting her head up at him.
"What makes you think we can get past this?" He asked.
She put a hand on each of his legs. She slowly rubbed her hands up and down his thighs. The sensation of her hands going up and down his jeans felt fantastic. "Can't we just table this until the morning?" She asked. "I really really need to just chill out now."
"No," he said, "I won't be able to sleep like this."
"Who said anything about sleeping?" She asked. She pushed his legs further apart, still running her hands up and down them.
"Be serious." He said.
"I am." She said, tilting her head up to kiss him.
Pullo pulled away.
Lourdes stood up and walked out of the room. He was killing her high and she wasn't even close to coming down, so she needed to change the scenery. She went and turned on the heat to the pool, then slid the glass door open and stepped outside. She took off her long dangling silver earrings. Then took off her top and pants, sitting everything down neatly on the ground. She walk over and sat on the edge of the pool and let her long legs dangle in the water, until it was warm enough for her. Lourdes eased herself in the water, immersed to the top of her head, then came back up. She felt so good. She layed on her back floating around, looking up at the stars. She smiled as they seemed to sparkle. She was almost lost in la la land, until the glass door opened. She came up, pulling herself to the wall of the pool and watched Pullo as he walked towards her. He squatted down leaning over her. "Come out of the water." He said.
She smiled, shaking her head. "You come in."
"We still need to talk." He said.
"Are you breaking up with me?" She asked playfully.
"Lourdes I want you to be serious." He said.
"Because if you're dumping me, just say so." She continued. "If not, then get your ass in this water."
"This might be a deal breaker for me." He said honestly. "And the fact that you don't even seem to care-"
"You really can't get over this?" She asked bobbing up and down in the water. "I mean, I'm the one who should be running for my life, given what I know now."
Pullo studied her saying nothing. Finally he spoke. "Are you saying I'm a liability because I have a past?"
"Yes!" She said. "We all have a past, but you seem to have a bigger one than most."
He shook his head in anger.
"Pullo," she said, "what do you want from me? Don't ask questions that you don't want to know the answer to. I'm so damn high, of course I'm going to answer you honestly."
He stood up and unbuttoned his shirt. Lourdes smiled as kicked off his Stacy Adams to the ground and took off his jeans. "Maybe you're right." He said walking over to the steps of the water. "Maybe we should table this until the morning."
"Not so fast," she said, "you're forgetting something." She pointed to his boxers.
"You're still wearing your bra and panties." He said.
"So?" She teased.
Pullo stepped back from the steps and pulled down his shorts. Then he dived fully into water, swimming up behind her.
Lourdes turned around, hanging on to the edge of the pool with one hand. Once Pullo reached her, she stayed propped up, holding on to him. "Just for tonight," he said as he kissed her, "will I let this go."
Lourdes pulled back smiling. "I don't think so." She said as she wrapped her legs around his waist. "That doesn't work for me."
"What?" He asked, he was starting to get hard already.
"Just because you're letting me off the hook while I'm high, doesn't mean that you get kitty kat access."
"That's what you think." He said kissing her again as she squeezed her legs tighter around him.
"I'm not stupid," she said pulling away, "I'm not giving up one last hoorah, just to be put out on my ass in the morning."
"On your ass," he said breathing hard, "is the only place I want to be, right now." Pullo unclasped her satin black bra from the front, slipping it off her shoulders and letting it float away in the water. Now he was the one who wasn't interested in talking anymore.
"We either forgive each other or we don't." Lourdes said. "Right here, right now."
"I thought we were tabling this." He said pushing her back against the wall attempting another kiss.
Lourdes unwrapped her legs from around his waist and reached down in the water. "We're tabling our issues to be worked out at a later date," she said grabbing a hold of his cock, "but if we're over..." She trailed off but continued to stroke him.
"Don't be such a fuckin tease." He said, making no attempt to remove her hand. "Don't you think I know what your doing?''
"Well I should hope so," she breathed heavily, finally letting him kiss her, "I think I'm making it pretty clear how I want this to work out."
"You're not going to get me to forgive you just because your good with your hands." He smiled, for the first time tonight.
"I'm not?" She asked innocently, letting him go. "Because I'm pretty good with my mouth too."
Pullo laughed. He grabbed her face and kissed her hard. She moaned softly. She could tell she had won him over. He pulled away and turned her around to face the wall of the pool. She reached up out of the water and put both hands on the cold cement. She closed her eyes feeling triumphant. Pullo pressed his body up against hers and rested his head along side her ear. Lourdes could feel him tugging at the satin strings on her panties. Each side came loose as he untied them. He yanked them free. She could feel the underwear floating away. Then he spoke quietly, but clearly in her ear. "Don't you ever do that again."
Lourdes kept her eyes closed, she knew what he meant. She said nothing. The tone of his voice was meant to sound menacing, but it only turned her on.
Pullo wrapped one hand around her waist, then pulled his other hand out of the water and wrapped it around her throat. "Do you hear me?" He asked.
Lourdes sucked in her breath, but kept her eyes closed. She nodded her head.
"Good." He said.
"So we forgive each other then?" She asked.
He took his hand from around her throat and reached down into the water. His right hand pressed against her pelvis and his left hand held her from the back. "My forgiveness comes at a price." He said.
Lourdes gasp out loud as he inserted fingers in her from both ends. Her hand right hand flew up in the air and she reached behind her grabbing the back of his head. She was ready to lose all control.
"If you really want my forgiveness," Pullo said still working quickly with his hands, "you'll show me just how sorry you really are..."
