Somewhere Not Home

Poetry By: A Broken Dream
Memoir

I sometimes don't exist. Sometimes no one is around to care to notice.

I'm not Home,

don't ask me why.

I'm not there

so you wont hear my crys.

I'm somewhere in the dark,

where it rains all day.

I'm somewhere else,

where all skies are gray.

There's no comfort,

and no one to love.

But there's no pain,

that your forced to get rid of.

.::*::.

I'm not Home,

where I'm never treated right.

I'll just stay here

for the rest of tonight.

It's a place for me,

there's nothing wrong.

I'll be alone

like I was all along.
