They twisted my mind for five days,
My feelings, my sight mind in a maze,
I crashed my car yet again,
All because of the pain and strain,
Thursday my heart was racing my mouth dry,
Thoughts all scrambled,
I sobbed and I cried, shaking and wondering just why
Nothing looked bright not even the sky,
It’s was thunder poring in this poor heart of mine
Tears flowed like a gushing river
Panic and pain like you will never know,
How I let them make me feel like this, I ask,
I worked for three months
Now no money for rent
No money for food,
They screwed up my wages
Then just took all my pay to pay back what I did not know I owed
For the last nine months now, I know
While I was off sick
They messed it all up and I have to pay it all back
After the Thunder had passed these few days
I stood up for my rights
I told them I’D PAY only my way
For the money I owe
Was there mistake that they made
NOT MINE,
So at last today I was able to smiled again
Away went the pain away went the strain
But now I hate my job I do each day
Can not wait for the day
