FORGIVE TO BE FORGIVEN
FATHER ALLOW OUR HEARTS TO HAVE ABUNDANT GRACE
DONT ALLOW ANOTHERS WRONGS STEAL THE SMILES FROM OUR FACE
PERHAPS THEY WRONG BECAUSE THEIR LIFE IS UNHAPPY
IN RETURN THEY WISH TO REPAY BY MAKING ANOTHER'S CRAPPY
LOOK AT IT AS THEIR CRY FOR HELP
PERHAPS THEY HAVE LOST THEIR VOICE TO YELP
SOME HAVE BURIED THEIR PAIN FOR YEARS
THAT THEY NO LONGER EVEN SHED TEARS
PERHAPS WHAT THEIR WRONG IS THEIR MIRROR IMAGE
THEIR INNER SCRIMMAGE
FIND IT UPON YOUR HEART TO GIVE THEM GRACE
LET THEIR WRONG BE GONE WITHOUT A TRACE
UNTO THEM LET YOUR FORGIVENESS BE A LIGHT
AN EXAMPLE OF LIVING RIGHT
AT TIMES ANOTHER'S WRONGS WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE DIRT
DO NOT REVENGE BY REPAYING WITH HURT
DO NOT LET THOSE WRONGS ENTWINE YOU A CIRCLE OF DRAMA
IN THE END MANY ARE CAUSED TRAUMA
I FIND MYSELF PRAYING TO HELP WITH THIS
I FIND PRAYER HELPS ME UNCLENCH MY FIST
EVEN THE WRONGS MAY KNOCK YOU DOWN
DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO BE SELF PITY'S CROWN
THE THING TO DO IS GET BACK UP
DO NOT ALLOW ANOTHERS WRONG BECOME YOUR WRATH'S CUP
INSTEAD LET THY HEAVENLY FATHER BE YOUR STRENGTH AND ROCK
WITH THOUGHT; ANOTHERS WRONG WILL NOT BE MY STUMBLING BLOCK
FINDING STRENGTH IN TURNING THE OTHER CHEEK
NOT BEING SIGN OF WEAKNESS BUT A SIGN OF RISING ABOVE DESTRUCTIONS PEAK
