THE LAST GOOD BYE

WITH STRONG WINDS OVER MY FACE

I FINALLY BID ADIEU

WITH NO STRENGTH IN MY HEART

I DIDN'T TURN BACK TO YOU

FAR I WENT

WITH YOUR TEARS STILL IN MY EYES

BUT I HAD TO GO TO WAR

IT WAS MY FATE IT WAS NO LIE

WITH GUNS AND SMOKE

I FOUGHT WITH ALL I HAD

BUT ONE BULLET HAD MY NAME

AND THE ENDING WAS JUST SAD

I LAY FLAT ON GROUND

STILL LISTENING TO THE NOISE

IT WAS YOU I THOUGHT ABOUT

OH GOD..DO I HAVE A CHOICE?

WRAPPED IN THE FLAG

MY BODY REACHED HOME

WITH A LONG LIFE AHEAD

I LEFT YOU ALONE

I WISH I COULD TOUCH YOU

FEEL YOU HOLD YOU BY

I WISH I COULD TELL YOU

JUST ONE LAST GOOD BYE.....
