SHALLOW DEEP BLUE SEA

LIKE A FEATHER I FALL WITH EASE

SAILING SUAVE AMIDST WIND

UNPETURBED I FLOW ALONG

ACROSS THE RIVER ACROSS THE MOUNTAIN ACROSS THE DUSTY WIND

FINALLY I SEE MY END

THE WAY IT MEANT TO BE

SERVING PURPOSE I FALL UPON

THE SHALLOW DEEP BLUE SEA

HAD IT RAINED HAD IT STORMED

I HAD REACHED HERE

STEALING SOME TEARS FROM MY LAUGHTER

HANDS STRETCHED BUT NO ONE NEAR

"HAIL THE WORLD", I SEE THE LIE

THEY NOW CALL YOU THE JEE

WITH BROKEN PROMISE I FALL UPON

THE SHALLOW DEEP BLUE SEA

MUSIC THEY SAY PLAYING THE DRINGE

ELERGY I GIVE POEM

BRAVESOULS I WISH THEY WERE

JUST A BIT TO REALLY GLOW'EM

SO NAIVE I WISH I WAS

WHEN LITERACY ASKED ITS FEE

BROKEN AND LIFELESS I FALL UPON

THE SHALLOW DEEP BLUE SEA
