I'm not sure if anyone reads news updates, but my father in law has been fighting a rigorous cancer treatment this last month and a half, and it has sort of slowed down my muse. There will be more writing, but it will have to wait a little while.

The art competition is still on! Check out the Illustration Competition has been extended through May, since the release was pushed to June. Also! It has been opened to both digital art and photography. Read up on the details for a chance for a publication and a tear sheet to add to your resume!

Is there anyone out there who would be interested in holding a magazine named "Krinler Literature" in their hands? One that includes original art work from the community as well as the stories people have told me they enjoy, such as "The Wrinkle in the Rug"? Are there two people interested, by chance? The magazine I have been working with is going to sponsor printing issues of just my work to the local community, as well as being able to go online and purchase them there as well! -Ecstatic- !!!!!!

OK! Well, some editing done. Also added a few things, and cleaned up some rough patches. I actually got rid of a lot of the "Mommy" and "Daddie(y)s". I had not realized how many times I used those words until I read it out loud. -face palm- I also made the ending a little more.... profound, I hope.

So, huge news. First of all, the new magazine issue of Muse and the mode came out with the link below for "Wrinkle in the Rug" and gave it a full spread in the magazine: http://museandthemode.com/2013/01/03/the-conclusion-of-the-wrinkle-in-the-rug-from-our-janfeb-issue/ They also gave a shout out to my novel "The Snow", "We are particularly enraptured by “The Snow” as he is posting chapters as he gets them done so right now, the suspense is KILLING US!!" Also- they may invest in my short stories working directly with me to print out booklets to sell in local book stores in my home town and actually get /paid/. Could I be more stoked? Probably not. Nope. Not one iota.
