A 16 year old girl sits and watches her younger, 8 year old twin sisters get murdered.

Their pitiful cries,

No hopeful sighs,

I sit and watch

Their little hearts die.

Our parents,

Where had they gone?

Their children to be hung?

Oh, how their eyes shine.

Little Annie,

Gone but alive.

"Could you have saved me?"

She plead.

I smile,

For could I?

No, I can't.

I'm as gone as 'em.

Little Suzie,

Begged and cried.

Shoving her sisters killer away

She's afriad to die.

"Spare me!"

Said she, with no glee.

The demands, the questions.

Too much for one too young.

Glimmer in my eyes,

Hopeful sighs and prays

for her to die.

For her to see.

For I am not an evil one,

I just smile.

In matters, her chest isn't alive.

But within' lie.

"Come little ones",

I say, "Though gates

a'wait we"

Shinin' thats a'blindin me.

[Note: This poem is about a dead 16 year old girl, her ghost self watches her sisters die. She's only happy because she

isn't alone.]
