Angel had dreams to become a dancer she wanted to see her name in light from Hollywood to New York however, angel would never get to live out her dreams angel shot dead in the streets
The year 2007 AWAKING to the sound gun shots a mother screams my baby shot in the
Head look at my baby she never did anything to anybody
She was a good girl never causing any heartache or pain angel only daughter shot down like a dog in cold blood
GOD help me what have they done to my child how will I carry on
She screams to the heavens while holding her only child as she took her last breath shoot down in the streets
By another child holding a gun Darkness fall evil leaks seeking the soul of the living violence blocking the sun
Street gangs taken over spilling blood in the name of colors
Time standing still friends turning in to foes the meaning of friendship
Standing behind guns
Dream of peace living to see the sun shine again
Falling stars carrying wishes for all young and old wishing for the end of violence waiting for peace to be reborn
