I don't know that too many people check news but this was the only way I could think to let you peeps know what's going on with me without changing my profile, which is a hassle....SO I'm sorry it's taking me SOOOOO long to start my next novel, but be patient, it's in the works, I'm just slow going because I'm currently editing "Just Ignore it (IT will Go Away)" which I changed the title of...just to let you all know.

I'm up to chapter 13 now in my editing so it's coming along but man, it's a longbook!!! xD I never realised it before but it is! I'll try to get my first chapter of my new novel up soon but it could still be a while, I like to get a good head start on something before I upload it, and I'm still pretty much at the beginning of it right now....

anyway, just thought I would give an update :)

I'm suddenly getting comments on my page! this never happened before! maybe I'll get a few new fans and readers :) (even if they are only for updates to stories I don't really read xD (not all of them of course))

yes, there is going to be a delay on my next chapter of Just Ignore It (It Will Go Away). I am seriously behind, and I need to catch up! Sorry to those of you who read it regularly. At one point I was eight chapters ahead on updates and now I am only one and a half chapters ahead. These last few weeks have been a really crappy time for me to write. I've been so busy and my whole family only has only one functioning computer as of now. and sharing it with everyone is difficult. I hope everyone will be patient and not abandon me because I'm slow!!! I wish I could write more, I really enjoy it and I plan to really pump it out in the next couple weeks before classes start again.

The reason I want to be more ahead of you guys is because I go back and change things a lot and I feel like I can't really do that after I have published a chapter, so I like to keep them to myself until I'm a ways off from them. Plus, it will make feel better if you guys aren't right on my heels with my writing. D: And I don't want to put up anything I'm not proud of. again, sorry, but the delay shouldn't be extremely long, a week to two at the very most.

so, we are up to chapter 12 in my novel, exciting. I am really getting excited about this novel. I've never gotten this far before! you guys have no idea how happy I am that I've been able to do this! I also uploaded that picture I've been talking about. I hope you like it, drawing was my passion long before writing was and I have a bit more practice with it, so I hope people think it's good :?

I uploaded the picture but it looks really grainy as a thumbnail, I'm not sure if I like the affect or not xD. I didn't really get to do the editing that I wanted to so hopefully I can eventually get that done, we have some issues with photoshop here so it might be a while but I'm still going to put it up in my profile. Hope you like it. :)

I drew a picture I'd like to use for my novel. :) I just need to scan it to my computer and possibly do some editing in Photoshop to make the shading look more smooth...I'd probably put it up in my profile so you can see it big. Hope you all like it whenever it gets on here.

HAHA! I fixed all the paragraph breaks in chapter five of "Just Ignore it (it Will Go Away)" for some reason the paste from MW wasn't working so I had to type them all in manually D: but it looks right now :) I had to fix, I hate it when the paragraphs are all shoved together like that.

Up to Chapter 6 in Just ignore it (It will go away) Hope any readersd are enjoying it. I also uploaded a poem I wrote a while back, I have a few of those pending...I don't like to upload too much in one day, because I like to spread out the submissions :) Also, I'd like to get som art for my stories, I would love to draw them myself but I don't really have the time right now D: If anyone has any suggestinos please leave them!!!

My name is Jenice and I'm 18, been writing on and off since I was a little kid, always loved reading and making up stories. I love music<3 as so many do, really like alternative rock, indie, melo, and hard stuff, some hip hop and r&b but very little pop and really NO country. Also like a lot of instrumental music, like piano and violin/cello.

I'm the youngest of three girls, live with my parents, just graduated high school and still jobless. I'm looking, but there's slim pickings.

I love to draw and working on art is probably the one other thing I do about as much as write, if not more so, I go through phases where I do one much more than the other and then I switch back again.

I've always had trouble finishing any of my work. In fact I'd never finished anything until just recently when I finished my novel "Just Ignore It (It will Go Away)". I can't believe I actually finished it, I really can't!!! It tops 300 pages to boot! Which is amazing.

Concerning this "Just Ignore it (It Will Go Away)" and publishing, I have my plans. A few of my readers have suggested it, which is flattering :) And I do plan to pursue my own thing, but I don't have plans to send it to publishing companies and such and wait for rejection letters. I don't really want to be a well known author, if only for the very unwanted attention on my writing from family members, who really don't know anything about my writing other than I like to do it. I don't really let people I know read it. It would feel very strange and like an invasion of privacy. There are certain things that are so much easier to share with strangers than people you know! especially over the internet where the space between you and your critic is soooooo huuuuuge that it's much less intimidating.

But anyway, I plan to edit my novel, put it all together in one big PDF file, number all the pages, add a table of contents, and such, and self publish it through Lulu. Under a pen name probably....and I think I'll probably only make it available to my readers online who want copies (who probably won't be any, lol). If you want one, I'll order it and sign it for you before sending it. I will ask people to pay for the cost of the book and the shipping, just so Im not losing money on it. I've always wanted a copy of my own book :))))

I probably won't keep the title, which I didn't want in the first place, it was just what the website would accept and something that went slightly along with the story line. Also, it will be edited so some things will be different and some even taken out completely. Also, since to publish it in a book I will have to downsize the paper (I've started editing already) te thign is going to be HUGE probably over 500 pages...which is borderline too long in my opinion xD. I hope any of you will give it a chance though. When it's finished and available for sale I may just remove some of the chapters so you have to buy it to read....but I'm not sure, I might not be that mean, I don't know, lol.
