Social Vibe

I was sitting at my house talking to my best friend. We were talking like we always do and then she said something "Erin, you know how we always wanted to make a difference? Well I found this website called socialvibe.com, and I think this is a way we can start."

Well we went and checked it out. It was interesting but I didn't really know what it was all about, so we both did a little more research, and quickly we found out that Social Vibe had all types of charities/ causes to choose from. It went anywhere from Cancer to Cutting, and Animal Rights to Human Rights. I wanted to sign up right away, but I paused and asked myself "What's the catch?" I mean it can't be as simple as signing up, choosing a cause, adding a sponsor, inviting friends, adding photos and schools, and putting up a badge on all my social pages, to earn money for my cause, but you know what it is.

With Social Vibe all you have to do is:

1. Sign up

2. Choose a charity/ cause

3. Add a sponsor (or 2)

4. And from there is get the word out

Did you know that every time someone views your page on Social Vibe or Myspace or Myyearbook or Facebook or Bebo or any other website you can put it on you get more points oh and by the way points = money for your cause.

After being a member for a while and making sure I wasn't wasting my time I now see that just by joining a simple website made and is making a huge difference in someone's life the way so many made a difference in my life.

I chose the cause To Write Love On Her Arms, because it's something that I'm passionate about. To Write Love On Her Arms is the story about a young girl Renee. It's her story (and so many others) of addiction, depression, and cutting. It's something me and a lot of my friends have personally gone through and once I realized how bad my life was screwed up because of it, I wanted to help prevent others form the same pain. All I can say that if this one website, this little bit amount of my time can make a difference in just one persons life then my three minutes on Social Vibe a day it's all worth it.

All the points you make goes to helping out your charity/ cause. So please join this cause and you will benefit in some way. You may never meet a person that you help but just knowing that you're helping well for me that's enough.
