James Holmes kills 12 during a shooting rampage in a movie theatre airing Batman: Dark Knight Rises in Colorado.

Too many will try to decipher what "caused" him to do this, who/what he is affiliated with, and the never ending cycle of "why". The answer to these questions is evident if we just...look. He was evil.

In this day/age of "political correctness" the press, and many others, try to deflect the fact that evil exists. They try to deflect this massacre and connect it to guns rights issues. They tried to connect it to the Tea Party (the most non-violent, respectful, and law observing fraction in American History) and then they had to...apologize.

Evil exists in the hearts of many and it is (sadly) growing in the minds, hearts, and souls of others who are inundated with every changing screens/video games that depict violence as..."fun". Evil is not just in the hearts of those extremists who killed thousands during 9/11. Evil is inbred in generations of children either by religion, upbringing, resentment, and/or mental ailments. Evil cannot be "cured" as logic does not enter into the soul/mind/etc. of those who are truly evil.

My heart, and prayers, go out to the families who lost loved ones during this needless tragedy. Many will be injured not only of the body but of the mind. They will need love, support, understanding, and more as their lives are irrevocably changed...forever.

It is incumbent on each of us to recognize evil and stand united against it. For if we don't then we are too blind to see and in this blindness it leads us to weakness and leaves our children, and theirs, vulnerable in ways we can only speculate about.

I think it confirms the redemption of man for hundreds of prisoners, who reside in the jail where this killer is at, to publicly confirm that they were; shocked, appalled, and angered at this spineless killer and the lives he took. Several, which I don't agree with, have said that there is talk of them hurting/killing James Holmes. My point of saying this is that it is NOT ENOUGH that the righteous want James Holmes to received "justice" but that every man, and woman, want "justice". For if those who society has deemed to be deserving of being in jail (and I have strong feelings about the bias in our court systems and the injustices) can easily discern that what James Holmes did was unconscionable, and thus should be readily punished/prosecuted, then perhaps this generation (and others to come) will start to come together and say (united)...ENOUGH!

ENOUGH of the political correctness. ENOUGH of the senseless violence. ENOUGH of the threats against our country. ENOUGH of the lax laws and enforcement. ENOUGH of the ever increasing violent video games and TV shows (which children can access). ENOUGH of the caring for one another only when there is a national tragedy.

To those who say "where was God" during this the answer is...everywhere. God is not just placed in the heavens but in our souls, in the gift of the unborn children, and dwells within us. The OPPOSITE of God/Jesus is evil and this fundamental fact should be evident to anyone/everyone if they just...look. And we, individually and as a people, should be looking to God this day...and everyday all the while giving thanks and adhering to his principals of (including but not limited to); love, good will, appreciation and thankfulness.

I will continue to pray, and I hope millions join me, for those who lost loved ones not only today...but each day. Not only for those who (rightly so) make the national news but to all corners of this earth. For those children who suffer for; food, warmth, clothing, shelter, etc. They are each our sisters and our brothers and deserving of our love, respect, support, and understanding.

May God bless you all.
