What happens with Salvation?

I want to start this off with clearing up a misconception. Many think they can come to God any time they choose. Many people have gotten "saved" on their death beds thinking they were meeting God. Not everyone that says a prayer at the last moment gets saved. One must be drawn by the Spirit of God. No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day (John 6:44).

I used to talk to this pastor when I was younger that believed in once saved always saved. I gave him over sixty scriptures revealing the lie of that doctrine; to no avail. I asked him once why they had meals every single week. He stated, "We do this to draw people." I told him, "I thought the Spirit of God was supposed to do that."

So many churches today spend time trying to feed and entertain their members. What did Paul say? What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? what shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not (I Corinthians 11:22). If these churches allowed the Holy Spirit to operate in order they would see miracles and that would draw the people.

When one is saved they must come being sorrowful of their sins, just as sorry as God is they committed them. For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death (II Corinthians 7:10). You cannot have worldly sorrow; sorry you got caught. You must be sorry that you have sinned against the Almighty.

You may think this change is impossible, not true. The prophets of old had light on the change that comes with salvation before Jesus came and I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh (Ezekiel 11:19). If you are in sin, you have a stony heart before God. Only Divine Blood can give you a heart of flesh; spiritually speaking.

Adam and Eve had divine blood in their veins; there was no other kind it could have been seeing as they were created; not conceived. In the fall they took in poison and weaknesses bringing about human blood. It is divine blood that will be in the veins of those in Heaven; their new bodies. Just as Adam and Eve went into bondage by the wrong choice, Jesus delivers those that make the right choice.

Spiritual Eden was out of reach for man and woman for thousands of years. Jesus came to give us that holiness that Adam and Eve had. The Eden through Jesus is to be on the inside of those saved.

Although Jesus had a human mind and a human brain, He had divine blood in his veins and soul. If not, the sacrifice would have been pointless for human blood has no power to save. The divinity in His soul is what he yielded to daily to keep him free from sin, and contrary to popular belief he could have sinned. If not, why did Satan tempt Him?

And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness (Ephesians 4:24). If you are saved you are created in righteousness and "true" holiness. It isn't man's holiness of putting on a show. It means you are a new creature like the man and woman God made in Eden, as far as your soul is concerned.

Once you turn from sin you are no longer carnally or worldly minded, you are new. When I was saved if I was around sin I could feel what was like a flutter in my soul, I could not stand it. Thoughts may come, but you don't embrace them.

Although the prophets of old major and minor never had a grasp of salvation, they desired it. At times God would shine the light on them. Moses prophesied about Jesus coming 2,500 years before. The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken (Deuteronomy 18:15).

Jesus is the Prophet we must hearken to. All who deny Him or His word have and will burn in hell.

They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world (John 17:16). Are you participating in the sins of this world? If so, you don't belong to Jesus.

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him (I John 2:15). You cannot love God and the world as well. Not the world as far as nature that God created but the sins of the world, the evils of it.

Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you (II Corinthians 6:17). This is why so many do not have real victory. They continue to mingle with the world and the people of it. You cannot have your cake and eat it, too. You must choose which side you are on.
