 starvation: the truth!

 there are two types of eating disorders.one called bulimia which means you make yourself throw up so u dont have to gain wait.the other where you starve yourself completelly.in america there are more the 100,000 million people who have an eating disorder.i am here to say you arent alone.there are people around you that may do the same thing and dont try to keep it a secret,tell ur parent and they will be there the best they can be.let me start to tell you a story of someone i know.they were called fag and faget and people called them a fat *ss.well they felt bad about there selve so they started starving there selve.then that led to cutting they said that "i rather feel pain the crying and sadness". let me just say this,people can be so mean and the thing is that u can get help and its okay to cry about it.you feel like your alone and u also feel like ur the only person in the world that has this problem.also you feel like ur alone and you look around at other peoples arm to see if they have scars on there arm too.you may be like how do i know things im stupid and wouldnt understand but let me just say that i do understand.i do the same things!!! it doesent just occur in girls,it occurs in guys too.and i want to say that u need to get help before it gets worse.its okay not only will other people be there for u but i may not know you but im there for u too.its gonna be fine right now im gonna try to just tlk about an eating disorder.i hope that i can incorage you to tell ur parents and they will be there for you no matter what because they will love you no matter what and they will try to get u help.im not just telling u all this to make a good story but im telling you this to help you.right now im gonna show some lyrics from demi lovatoes song skyscrapper.she went threw the same things!
