Chapter 1,

Small eatery down town Midwest United States, Historic downtown Huntington Indiana. I ran it six months durring which the city replaced water lines and repaved on a main street that brings traffic and parking to the area. Then they replace watermeters on the street thatthe building is on. Having no expierance at running a business of this kind I made every mistake posible and ran out of money. I had supplier trouble getting me the right food, waitresses selling $2 salads for $4,the wrong price. We threw out hundreds of dollars worth of food away that we refrigerated instead of froze, the staff over sold their knowledge when hired. But none of the employes ever stole anything. We took to long to serve large groups and messed up orders. But there is a big , but, the food was good customer traveled from other towns in the area to get their favorite meals. The location has supported this kind of business before if you know what you're doing it could make you some money and be a good investment. So do you want to buy it? It has got a new roof and it is clean. There is a bigappartment up stairs, new seals on refigeraters and freezers. Seats fifty people and price has been reduce from $100,000 to $70,000 US dollars.
