Prolog.

Something is about to happen to a single woman named Karen Miller.

Chapter 1.

a clear starry night, everything in Arcadia was quiet and peaceful, until a white 4-door car was driving down the street in a shaded-tree line neighborhood, a man wearing a long-sleeve shirt, underwear, pants, shocks, and boots was driving the car, and a woman wearing a shirt, underwear, shorts, socks, and shoes, she had a basket on her lap, inside the basket was a sleeping preemie infant baby boy wearing a blue sleeper, and was wrapped-up in a blue blanket, the man stopped the car in front of a suburban house, the woman looked at the house, she looked back at the man, the man looked at her, he pointed to the basket and pointed to the suburban house, the woman got out of the passenger-side of the car, she walked on the sidewalk, up on the front porch, put the basket on the floor of the front porch, she opened the basket, she looked at her preemie infant son, she picked him up, and held him in her arms, she gently hugged her sleeping preemie infant son, tears were coming down her cheeks, she told him that she didn't want to give him up, she was forced too, she told him that she loves him very much, she gently laid him back down in the basket, she caressed his little cheek, she closed the basket lid, got up from the floor, she knocked on the front door, she walked down the front porch, down the sidewalk, into the car, the man drove off, about an hour later, Karen Miller had just woken-up and was walking into the living room toward the front door, she opened the front door, she looked around to see if no-one was there, Karen was about to close the front door, when she heard some muffled Whining, she looked down and saw a basket, she picked-up the basket, closed the door behind them, she sat the basket on the couch, she sat down on the couch, she opened the basket, saw a preemie infant baby boy, he looked at her and started cooing at her, Karen picked him up and she held him in her arms, she was thinking of a name, until he started crying.

"It's ok, Joshua, it's ok, Mommy's here, Mommy's here", Karen said as she slowly rocked him back and fourth.

Until Baby Joshua calmed down, Karen decided to keep him, until she find's his birth mother, years later, Joshua was now a handsome 18-year-old Teenage boy, he has a 4-year-old little brother named Billy, on that sunny day, Joshua went down the stairs, he saw his little brother, Billy in the living room watching TV, he saw his mother, Karen, in the kitchen washing the dishes, he went into the kitchen toward her, until Karen saw him.

"Morning, Joshua", Karen said.

"Morning, Mom", Joshua replied as he looked at her and he slowly moved his hand on her blonde hair.

"Joshua, don't", Karen said.

"Ok, mom", Joshua replied until he noticed she was feeling sad.

"is something wrong, Mom?", Joshua asked as Karen dried the last dish, and was putting it on the drainer to dry.

"Joshua, i have to tell you something, that I couldn't tell you when you was a little boy", Karen answered as she turned to Joshua.

"Oh, what is it?", Joshua asked.

"Joshua, you were abondened when you was a preemie baby boy", Karen answered.

"Oh, so you're not really my mother?", Joshua asked.

"No, i'm not, and Billy is not your little brother", Karen answered.

"Did you see my real mom?", Joshua asked.

"No, I didn't get to the door in time to see her", Karen answered.

"I've got to find her", Joshua said.

"Ok", Karen replied.

Joshua started putting out a classified ad in the newspaper, while Karen was thinking if she had done the right thing. about an hour later, Karen saw Joshua sitting on the couch,

"Joshua, is something wrong?", Karen asked.

"I've just got off the phone with someone who knew my biological mother", Joshua answered.

"Oh, what did the person say?", Karen asked.

"She wants to see me and tell me about my biological mother", Joshua answered.

"Ok", Karen said.

Karen and Joshua got into their car, after dropping Billy off at the neighbors, they went to the person's house, Karen waited in the car, while Joshua went inside and talked with the person, she waited in the car for about an hour, when Joshua came out of the house, they started driving back home,

"So, what did the person say?", Karen asked.

"She said that my biological mom had sadly passed away", Joshua answered.

"Oh, what else?", Karen asked.

"she also told me that my biological mom also had a little girl, my little sister, and her name is Lilly", Joshua answered.

"Oh, that's nice", Karen said.

Karen and Joshua continued driving back home, about an hour later, Joshua and Karen returned home, they went inside the house, Until Karen noticed something wrong with Joshua.

"Joshua, is something wrong?", Karen asked.

"I'm just getting over the shock that I have a long-lost little sister, I have to find her", Joshua answered.

"Ok", Karen said.

Karen and Joshua started searching for his long-lost little sister, Lilly, they've found out that she's alive, and living in a town far from Arcadia, they decided to go and see her.
