"We stand alone;
Falling from sky, watching damn
Tracer lights,
Coming-up; to us-done, like trees,
reaching the sun,
"We stand alone"; at dark, extending
Air-borne blanket...to cover all flank!
Holding position, each and every-one,
Me, and my tommy-gun,
Lone gray-wolf; "we stand alone"
Council! The chief has called,
For us to stall,
To stand-still, to bullying, strange-
Buffalloes; with head-steel,
"We stand alone"; under rain, snow cold,
Blossom to unfold,
Spreading, wild seeds, all over,
Normandee; grand warriors; The Cherokee,
"We stand alone"; to fix, the unfix,
We, soldiers, brave men; The great Cherokee.
