you know the feeling
colostriphobia, walls closing in around you
except now is diffrent
now your alone
people all within reach
yet none repsond to your touch
gasping for air and grasping at nothing
you try to anchor yourself on reality
you know when your in that elevator
and you cant breath
your head start spinning and your lungs feel heavy
feeling that now sitting in your dark room
throats dried out from screams of "see me!"
that were never voiced
your silenced by the encompasing
overwhelming feeling of being alone
when your in that closed space
and you feel like fear is eating you from the inside
and you ready to cry, cut, anything to let it out
you know how it feels
to know people
to call them friends
and to not have one of them be there
when you need them
when you enter your panic attack
and everything dims and logic fails
and you just want to die
its hot and constricting and painfull
the best part is
your trapt, unable to move
and no one cares
