Overcoming the obstacles I have faced in my life have left me physically tatted for life

MY BRUISES AND SCARS
FOR EVERY YEAR OF MY LIFE, I HAVE A BRUISE,
FOR EVERY BATTLE I HAVE HAD TO ENDURE, I HAVE A SCAR.
FOR THE TWO RELATIONSIPS THAT BOAR MY CHILDREN, I HAVE A SCAR,
FOR EVERY LOST AND STOLEN MOMENT OF MY CHILDHOOD, I HAVE A BRUISE.
FOR THE MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS I ENDURE, I HAVE A SCAR,
FOR EVERY LIE THAT I HAVE EVERR TOLD, I HAVE A BRUISE.
MY BRUISES AND MY SCARS IS APART OF MY LIFE, TRYING TO EASE THEM, IS LIKE TRYING TO DESCRIBE THE MEDICATION THAT YOU ARE TAKING TO THE DOCTOR, BUT I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO PRONOUNCE THE NAME.
MY BRUISES ARE MY PAST, AND MY SCARS ARE MY PRESENT.
IT'S THE ONLY THING THAT I HAVE, THAT KEEPS ME KNOWING THAT WE'RE WALKING THROUGH HELL.
AND FOR ME TO KEEP BELIEVING THAT I WILL ONE DAY BE IN HEAVEN.
