Hello fellow literary people! My name, OBrightAngel, was inspired by the balcony scene in Romeo and Juliet, in which the young Montague exclaims, "O, speak again, bright angel!"

Writing is immortal-- and it is a way of becoming immortal. It is, to me, a reflection of the soul, the heart, the imagination. Keep on running after dreams, for they are the seeds of reality, readers and writers!

Name: Lillian

What they call me: Lilly

Why?: Because Lillian is sort of formal. I'm just used to "Lilly."

Alternatives: Some people call me Juliet (because I love Shakespeare), and others call me Leah (LONG story.) And my cousins call me Fabio. And don't ask.

What I usually write: Romance, fantasy, adventure, coming-of-age stories, and POETRY!!!!!! Whoot!

What I usually read: Historical fiction, romance, fiction, fiction, fiction. Unless otherwise forced.

About me: I'm a very passionate person-- very dedicated to my work and friends and family and my loved ones. I'm just about the only Asian girl in my whole school who does the musicals... which is pretty funny. I'm Chinese, but people think I'm half European or from Nepal, and Chinese people think I'm from Pakistan. LOL. I don't know what to think of myself anymore. I guess they think that because I'm a hybrid-- my dad's from the north of China, my mom from the south, and yeah, they look different. But I don't really care about ethnicities. I'm Lilly (my name, if you didn't know), and I refuse to be categorized or stereotyped or whatever! Like they say in Wicked, "Defy Gravity!"

Oh yeah!

My diposition and facade or whatever: It depends on whom I'm with, but the true me likes to crack jokes and laughter makes ME laugh... it's a sort of ripple effect thing. I'm really observant and cautious when I meet new people... but people mistake it for "shyness". I'm not that shy, actually. Ha. I can't be-- I'm a thespian! Which means "theatrical person." Some people call me a saint, because I'm "so nice", etc, etc, etc. And I resemble a bunny, according to my friends.

My least favorite part about me: I'm indecisive sometimes, need to learn some new comebacks (haha), and I need to be more in-the-moment because I daydream a lot. :)

My favorite part about me: My imagination, my daydreaming abilities (it's both a vice and a virtue), and my graceful clumsiness (People say I have the most graceful fall. HAHA)
