Depression is mainly caused by a job loss, death of a loved one, unfortunate circumstances etc. Most psychologists regard depression as a medical disorder
and tell the victim to seek immediate medical attention.
Depression can actually be counterfeited by happiness. This is possible by diverting
the mind by developing new hobbies. These include raising a pet, watering the plants,
taking a walk, traveling and so on.
