The Yugioh series has been around for a long time. I have played the game ever since I was a little kid, and I consider myself an expert. I barely ever lose a match, without one of my friends complaining about how quickly I beat them. However, I love to create my own cards. I do not print them off or distribute them, I only make them on a site.

This site is called Yugioh Card Maker. Try searching it into Google. The site lets you save sets of cards when you register. Without registering, you can still make the cards, but you cannot save them, which means you must right click on the big card image that will be displayed, and press Save.

There is options for everything, including serial number, creator, series, type, image and anything else you can see on the card. You then press 'Generate' and the image of the blank card (or previous card you made) will be replaced with the new image.

I do not support fake cards in anyway, but I make the cards for fun. I show them to my friends and we discuss if they would be legitimate. For example you wouldn't have a Magikarp from Pokemon as a Level 12 Monster with the effect that when it is played, the game ends. No, instead, it would be a Level 1 Magikarp that has 250 ATK and 750 DEF or something like that with no effect.

I hate fake cards, and a lot of places sell them, assuming that they are real. For example, people don't call Blue Eyes White Dragon the same name on the fake card, they change it to something stupid like Big Blue Eyed Beastly Dragon. Most cards I have seen are like this. However, a lot of these 'fake' cards can end up being cheap real copies that had manufacturing errors, which is really good.
