It was the day of SSLC results. Many dreams may come alive or may not be. It may give future for some people or it will change the future for someone. The day may be glum for someone and a splendor for others. Moreover it is an important day in everyone's life as it lays road to our life.
Selvan, an adolescence of age 15 was on the mesh to get his progress. His father was an owner of a textile owner, but an unread village person. He was in a small hamlet in Tamil nadu which has no greater lattice. He got his results tardily but has a bright bliss on his face. The 15 year boy ran up to his mother and said that he had progressed up. Even his mother celebrated him for scoring just 293/500.It was not great to a student who is of urban. But it was a great accomplishment for a boy of remote area. He was not taught of working hard. He was not taught of presenting well. He was not taught of getting a champion score. Unlike other matric schools, he was taught just to write answers. He doesn't even know great language.
The next task was to get an admission for +1. But there were no facilities nearby. He should go far distant to seek edification. There was no other go for him. He just had to go and admit himself to a boarding school. But it was not so comfortable for anyone to just brake up from their parents and join the boarding school. But he was compelled. Circumstances never leave anyone and now it was his turn to face the music of life. It was on the day before the reopen of the school. He took the dust of his parent's feet and they were all ready to send off him. Sentiments acted a little part. His father went to take a cab. And even now, Selvan was not ready to take off. But situation made him move. After sometime, they reached their destination. Finally his father left him under the hostel custodian and disappeared from his way.
The first day of the +1 came on his way. As he got low marks, he was given third group (i.e. Commerce group). The first period was Accountancy. The teacher approached for self introduction. It just included his name and his parents' details. Even that, he couldn't make off clear. He strived as if he were a student of primary sections. His jargon might establish a pang on his neighbors' wit whether he had accomplished his SSLC. He didn't even know what his subjects were and had no books. He should ask his co-mate for the sake of sharing the books with him. As soon as he turned to his fellow guy, the guy crooked his face away. This made him a hesitant.
He couldn't converse his thoughts and even couldn't understand the vernacular language of his teacher. At the place of dine, he came across the thoughts of his family. He ostracized the lunch dished up there. He wanted the dishes prepared by his mother. But he couldn't taste those as he was being far away from home. He didn't feel even a single piece of comfort. At the eve, every student was allowed to play. As it was the first day, many student spranged up with the thoughts of home. They didn't like to play or to eat or to have a night nap. Thoughts of home filled the little heart. They felt nothing other than loneliness.
"Loneliness grips their thought of; their
Family unable to take them off."
