Being a beer enthusiast I love reading books that provide me with more insight on brewing and brewers all around the world. I just finished reading the "Beer and Ingredients II, the Ultimate Beer Ingredient Guide" this weekend and I have to admit that I found out some great info on beer ingredients.
After reading this book or should I say this guide for beer ingredients, I'm seriously looking for home brewing kits, just to see, try and taste a brew done by me. The info provided in the book should really help me on the long run.
Patrick Klunglemade me think about home brewing and after reading his book, I know so much more about home brewed beer and beer ingredients.
