Listen to my Voice!

I am the voice of Question, I am plagued with questions that cannot be answered, as if there is forbidden knowledge being with-held from me. My endless inquiry is fruitless. I am the speaker for those who have chosen to pursue logic, for those of you who seek higher insight. Yet am I dysfunctional? Perhaps if my voice was not that of a mortal, whose short life and limited awareness have encumbered my rationalism.... But alas, I am enslaved to time, for all that begins must end. Is time naught but an illusion? Oh fate, dispassionate cruelty. Is the mind of man adequate to decipher [our] origin? Listen to me, I ask- turn me not aside! I stand knocking on the gateway, ignore me not. The genesis with-held, destiny shall you reveal yourself? Am I forced to beg? Am I scorned upon by an unseen Originator? Logic betray me not; I face a lamentable end.
