The Hardest Part of Being a Kid: By: Sezan Vahpieva

The hardest part about being a kid is knowing you have got your whole life ahead of you.

I am a kid, and I think I know everything about kids. Being a kid is very hard. Kids of age 10-18 always think about their look, clothes and possessions that other kids have. They want to be the coolest, and they want to be most fashionable. Kids think about their clothes, and their outfit. They do this because; they want other kids to like them, to gain reputation. And always thinking about this, is very hard.

Kids constantly worry about their relationships and friends. The want to be popular. They think about, do they have enough friends, or do they have a boyfriend/girlfriend. This makes their lives hard, comparing to adults. Adult don't worry about this, they have work, husband/wife, and children.

Kids go to school, and school is hard. Adults don't have school. They work, and I thinks it's easier than school. Kids have to do their homework after coming home from school. Adults don't have any homework. So being a kid is harder than being an adult. When kids have exams in school, they prepare for them for hours and hours. They don't sleep at night, and only for getting one excellent mark. They have to study hard, and that is hard.

Being a kid is hard, for kids are not taken seriously. No one views kids like an adults, like people with their own point of view. Everyone thinks that kids are just dependent on their parents, and can't do anything without their help. But it's not like that. Kids also have their own points of view, their own thoughts and feelings.

It's not easy to be a kid, because kids always get into trouble. Sometimes kids get into arguments and with other kids. If it is in school, then kids get suspension. Kids always want to be active, so they fight, argue and etc.

Being a kid is also hard, because you should obey your parents. You should be devoted and loyal to them. If they say you to wash dishes, you should do that. If they say you to go to the store, you should go. And kids have to clean their rooms. Kids don't always get what they want. Kids have brothers and sisters, with whom they always fight.

Kids are babies of their parents. They want to make their parents happy. They should think about how to do that. And it's hard to make parents proud of them.

So overall I would say the hardest part of being a kid is the constant worrying about how well they fit in, how well they socialize and how well they get along with their parents.

Every time of our life is hard. It's hard being a kid and it's also hard being an adult. But you should find some bright sides of that, and enjoy every part of your life.
