Send and Receive Virtual Goods on Booksie

Booksie just launched a new feature which allows members to send and receive virtual gifts.  Virtual gifts provide another way readers can show their appreciation to writers and writers can show their appreciation to fans and readers.  To send and receive a virtual gift, you must be a registered member of Bookse. 

To send a gift, look for the gift icon on a writer's Booksie profile or on any content page - poetry, short story, novel, article, etc.

To see if you have received a gift, check the Virtual Gifts tab on your private Booksie profile page:

Some virtual gifts are free to give while others require credits.  Users can either purchase credits or fill out various surveys.
