Judging and Stereotypes

This is our world. People judge you every minute and every second of the day. For everything you do, every choice you make, someone is there judging you. Sometimes it is a good judge. They think that, "wow that person is amazing" but, some others judge badly. They will judge them and think badly of them. There is something wrong with this, because the thing is, you DON'T know that person. You don't know anything about them.

This world would be a much better place without judging. There wouldn't be as much drama for us teens. There could possibly be peace within Junior High's and High School's.

There are the nicest people in this world, but someone might judge them by how the dress! But it doesn't matter how they dress, the doesn't necissarily compare to their personality and who they are as a person. And maybe the ones that dress the nicest are totally the opposite of that? You don't know.You don't know how a person's personality is until you get to know them.

Stereotypes probably have the most judging. People that base others on stereotypes are really low. They don't even wait for a action! They base it on the person's sex, orientation, race, things like that. So, as soon as they see a person, they instantly judge!

Some Basic Stereotypes:
"All blacks are violent. They carry a gun wherever they go."
"All blondes are dumb"
"Women are more emotional than men"
"All American's are fat and dumb"

And so on and so forth.

So, Blacks. Are they all violent? No, not at all. Martin Luther King Jr., was he a violent man? Not at all, that was the last thing that he wanted!

All blondes are dumb? Not every blonde in this world is stupid! There are lots of girls that are VERY smart, smarter than brunettes and redheads.

Yes, most of the time women can be more emotional than men, but not every women is more emotional. There are guys out there that are very emotional.

Not all public schools provide the best schooling. We don't have the same schooling as foreign countries. And yes, we are known to be fat for our fast food. But not every one is fat and dumb. We do have some really good schools in America, so don't think all of us are dumb. Also, isn't America pretty much known for the country to have the most bulimic and anorexic people? So how does that make us all fat? Quite a lot of the country keep in healthy shape. They eat the right foods and work out everyday.


We also judge people on their sex and orientation. Many people are still sexiest today. It is not as bad as it has been, but many still are. They thing that women are inferior to man. That they can't do the same thing as them. But that is all wrong. Women can do whatever they want to do. They have the ability to do whatever and have just as much talent. For orientation, many people automatically hate gay's before they get to know them. Gay's actually tend to be the better people in the world. This is because the majority of them DON'T judge. They accept everyone for who they are, because a person is a person, no matter what. No matter the gender, the orientation, the race, the color of hair, no matter anything. Don't judge. It's not right.
