I am just a teenager growing up in a small town in England.
But I'm not just a teenager with a dream of a good life.
Oh no. I'm searching for the answers, wondering why the world is the way it is.
Why, for instance, do people fight one another for a pointless cause?
And why do people assume that religion is the be-all and end-all of life?
Why are babies less important than the military? Why is knife crime so
huge in this country? Why do teenagers in London spend their lives in
gangs? Why are our children growing up to become monsters?
All these questions and more boil up in my mind as I wonder why life
is the way it is. All I know is that I can't find the answers and I never will.
Maybe one day somebody will tell me the answers ... maybe not.
