This isn't a poem, it's a song. I know it's rather short but besides that I really like it.

"I'm out of here"

Stuck to this place

it's wall my ball and chain

battle never stops-causes so much pain

Sick of livin'sick of people holdin' me down.

I won't be it's dancing puppet,

you don't like it-shut-up

No more, no more pullin' my strings

I'm out of here, I'm out of here

Locked in this dumb room

It's floor glued to my feet

doors locked from outside, can't hide

Sick of not havin' the key-set me free!

I wont be your dancing puppet

I'll follow my dreams

writing my own rules,

no more no more pullin' my strings

I'm out of here I'm out of here.
