Prince Charming Never Came
There I was sitting on the bleachers, hoping he would come save me from the night. We would ride off into the sunset and he'd be my prince Charming. The only problem was I
didn't know what he looked like, or who he was. My friends all came over and asked me to dance, but I turned them down because I couldn't risk the chance of missing my mystery
man so I told them to go have fun. I watched as they all danced with each other and had a blast. Here I was sitting all alone in Looserville. I quickly got my phone out to check the
time but it had only been five minuets since I checked it last. I kept dreaming of how he would come to rescue me from all this drama. He would lift me up and we'd leave on his
white horse and I'd be his princess and he'd be my prince. Then I finally came to my senses and realized that it was childish to think like that. Only a four year old would think like
that. It was all a fairy tale. The DJ finally said “this is our last song”. I sat there on those bleachers wondering what could have been and missed my chance to shine. Sometimes
you got to learn the hard way, and know sometimes Prince Charming never comes.
