Cloud Sprites are little beings that live in the clouds. But not any clouds, the big puffy ones that come before it rains. They are constantly changing size. They can be as small as a raindrop to 2 to 3 ft. like mermaids they are half human (elf actually) and half fish. They also have wings, which are the same design as a birds but each feather is like a dragonfly wing. Their favorite pastime is to shape the clouds. Some are better than others.
