The road to hell is paved with good intentions
Does that mean the road to heaven is paved with bad ones?
As humans is there really a difference?
Between the right and wrong thing?
Between good and bad people?
Between disasters and miracles?
In a way a hurricane is a disaster
It kills thousands, it ends lives
It breaks families, it destroys architecture
In a way it's a miracle
The earth had over 4 billion people on it
Sooner or later the bucket that is our planet will overflow
Humans will die as we roll out of it and into nothing
In a way hurricanes are a means to make sure that day never comes
In a way death is a means to limit the disease of humanity to a certain part of the body
There is no denying it folks
God is perfect, the world is perfect
We are not, even with a plan from God Himself
Even when humanity could talk to God as though it were you and me
One rule and they broke it
They took the word of a snake over the God that had created everything around them
We did, we are as guilty as they
So I ask you this
We all plan to be better, to be special
To find love, to give love
To find peace, to create peace
But do we really want all that?
Or do we simply want to die?
To end this fruitless, endless mission for perfection
To simply give up, maybe it's easier that way
Toss in the towel, hands up and die
