Day 35

“If you are smart enough you can beat a system that is unfair.  Conventional wisdom cay say that something is impossible but  it can indeed be possible.”  These are quotes from a documentary I watched today about MIT and blackjack.  Not the movie, the documentary that discovery had done.  I apply these quotes to modern life.  If we apply this to our life it could be a very intriguing new world for us out there.  I we are smart enough we can beat a system that is unfair.  If the rules in a world are stacked against what we think is in our best interest.  Then if we are smart enough we can bypass these laws.  I am going to do some research on this real quick before I talk about it but I have an uncanny idea that could change gay marriage for ever in the better.  On gay marriage I personally believe marriage has no relevance to love and being lovers forever so it shouldn’t matter who does or who doesn’t have the privilege.  Is the term marriage solely allowed for people who are going to be procreating.
I am pro gay marriage. I am just presenting the research that I’ve come up with. While looking at the laws and while holding an attempt to be smart enough to beat the system.  Obviously I can interpret things how I want and show examples of how I want you to see the thoughts.  This is me trying to prove a point that they either need to begin to source the definitions and specific dictionaries the get them from in laws or just quit being out right ridiculous.  These are very long lists you can skip them and go on to read what I come up with if you feel the need and then return and see how I came up with what I do.  Sorry I posted this so late if you were looking for todays post I am posting this at three am do not be intimidated by all the definitions feel free to skip them.

They do not specify the use of the words in the law below.  I looked it up because the possibilities that this word could be molded to mean possibly was what I was hoping for.

The Defense of Marriage Act, or DOMA, is the short title of a federal law of the United States passed on September 21, 1996 as Public Law No. 104-199, 110 Stat. 2419. Its provisions are codified at 1 U.S.C. § 7 and 28 U.S.C. § 1738C. The law has two effects:
No state (or other political subdivision within the United States) need treat a relationship between persons of the same sex as a marriage, even if the relationship is considered a marriage in another state.
The Federal Government may not treat same-sex relationships as marriages for any purpose, even if concluded or recognized by one of the states

(No states) - No setting forth of words {(or) (other) -differences in nature or kind  (political) - belonging to or being a personality trait or character trait of citizens (Subdivision) - that become separated due to variance of opinion (within) (the) (United States) - since it is capitalized and the definition is not present for capitals this is how is stays} (Need) - are under obligation to (treat) - anything that affords particular pleasure or enjoyment (a) (relationship) - an emotional or other connection between people (between) - linking persons of the) (same-sex) - of or relating to two or more persons of the same gender: same-sex friendships (as a) (marriage) - any close association (even if the) (relationship) - association (is) (considered) - thought about or decided upon with care (a) (marriage) - close association (in  (another) - One of an undetermined number or group (state) - the condition of a person or thing
No voiced opinions, (or difference in being, that belongs to or is a part of normal citizens divided due to variance of opinions within the United States) something that is done or to be done for such a reason a particular pleasure or enjoyments a  connection between people, between persons of or concerning two or more people of the same gender closely associated even if the association is thought about or decided upon with care a merger in one of many the well being of humanity.
No saying your thoughts,  (or distinction of traits that make you unique and yourself, these belong to or are part of your people who live in a city or town separated due to conflict of interests within the United States.)  the specific reason, enjoying connections of people, connecting living humans that involves two people of the same gender close comrades even if the juncture was decided with care and the best interests a joining between on of many for the benefit of humanity.
You are no longer allowed to speak your opinion, (or point out features that differ from the Barbie or Ken doll, the ability to do these things is given to those who are living in homes across America, these people who reside in America are separating as a society due to personal ideas and disagreements held in the United State) why these separations of society are happening and are obligated to happen, due to people taking enjoyment in the act of meeting others, people that are joined together and are of the same gender, these close friends coming together, but even if the joining was well thought out with care this joining is one of the tons of relationships that have taken existence in different places.

I have spent multiple hours getting this far.  Sorry this is all I have so far I don’t know if it is good enough yet to make a difference I may look back at this tomorrow.  I would say maybe four or five hours.  Lets learn to be smart.  B Leaf

I am so glad it makes me smile to know that people actually enjoy reading what I write and have to say. It isn't cheezy at all we all grow a little everyday and I can most definitely tell where you are coming from. I think it is great that you think I am becoming a better person one of the intentions of this is for people to see life from the perspective of someone my age growing. None of that really made sense but I hope it was English. I will keep it up and won't stop writing I am glad you are caught up and thanks again for enjoying this.

So much food for thought, I am going to have to read this again. Ted

Yeah I am not sure if what I wrote made sense but I tried damn hard lol. Honestly all you have to do is change the context of marriage and then it is illegal for a male teacher to teach a student that is a male. The loophole they gave themselves though is that you have the ability to allow this but if you can allow teaching under this act that reads the same thing then why no gay marriage. Thanks as always for you feed back. I need to read it again to my mind was just furiously thinking yesterday.
