Chapter 2~ The Last Words~

The ride to the hospital, was long and unbearing, Bianca didn't want to deal with this, why couldn't this have been somebody else rather than me, I've already lost my mother, and now, now I'm going to loose my father. She thought to herself, who will I go to now, I will have nobody to help me deal with things, anyways nobody who will understand me as well as he did. Bianca was full of emotions, she didn't know what to do, should she be angry, sad, happy, full of rage, she had no idea what it was like to loose somebody as close as this, she had never had to deal with it before. When her mother died, she didn't even understand what was going on, let alone that her mother was dying.

Up until Bianca was in preschool, she didn't even know that she had a mother, she thought that sometimes, people didn't have mothers, but at that point, her father still didn't know how to tell her that her mother and brother died in child birth, like she even knew what that meant.

Finally, they arrived at the hospital. "Ok out lad, I don't have all day!" Mr. Howard was one of the meanest officers that Elko Nevada had. He had no heart, and if he did, then it was made of cole, and he had no respect for nobody but himself. Bianca got out of the car, and walked up to the Emergency entrance. As she approached the front counter, a woman came up to her and asked in the most politest voice she had herd all day, "Excuse me, are you Miss. Aundreys?" Bianca answered quickly, "Yes ma'am." "I am so sorry about what has happened today, but if you follow me, I will take you straight to your fathers room," the nurse replied, and swiftly started walking fast, and said, "Make haste, no time to waste!" Bianca giggled at what the nurse had said, but did indeed make haste.

The nurse stopped short at room 204, and said, "Right in here Miss. Aundreys, and once again, I would like to say how much i feel for you." "Umn, before you leave, may I ask your name?" "Aye yes dear, my name is Stacy,no need to call me by my last name," and with a brief smile, and a swift movment, she was heading toward her desk. Bianca thought to her self, why was she so nice to me, she was so tender hearted, unlike Mr.Howard, the man that Bianca now knew as the man with the heart of cole.

She was kind of scared to go into her father's room, what was she to say, what was she to expect, so she just took a deep breath, turned the handle, and walked into the room. She stopped short at the fatal sight of her father. He was bruised black and blue, from head to toe. At that moment, she dropped to the floor in tears. Get ahold of your self, she thought in her head, so she wipped her tears, stood up, and walked over to her father, and held his hand. "Father, if you can hear me, Thankyou for being such a great father, and guess what, today I was the only one in my math class that got an A plus on my math final. I hope your proud of me." "Aye dear I am," he said in the most weakest voice she had ever heard, and then with one deep breath, it all stoped, and the machines started roaring loudly, and all of a sudden, doctors and nurses rushed into the room. All of a sudden, Bianca herd a voice that sounded famillar, it was Stacy, "Come dear, come, we must leave," "But, but-" Bianca wispered as she was dragged out of the room, "I love you Father." And that was the last thing she had said to her Father.
