Richard and I are in the car on our way to Tennessee. We are holding in hands above the middle console. He smiles over to me and I smile back. His car is loaded up with boxes and behind us is Teddie and Dana in my car with more boxes. I never thought I'd leave Chicago but this feels right.

We haven't talked about marriage or anything but we have said forever. I don't ever want to be without him. I'm glad I'm leaving Chicago behind. I know it's where I grew up and where I raised my children but it's time for me to let go of all the bad memories this city holds.

For the first time I'm glad I'm starting over. I get to be with the love of my life and with my daughter. When Dana heard that Richard and I decided the move to Tennessee and make a life for ourselves down there, she begged Teddie to go to. So, the four us are on our way.

I'm happy that Teddie found someone. I've gotten to know Dana more and she really is perfect for Teddie. She's a cute little country girl, who's sarcastic and funny. She is just like Teddie and she's in love with my daughter. Teddie's in love with her too. Dana's dad helped her and Teddie find a place to stay. They will have their own apartment when we get there. He also helped Richard and I find a house.

Dylan decided to stay with Thomas in Chicago but promised to come visit during the summer. He's not with Lexi anymore and that upsets him but I told him to hang in there because if I can find someone as great as Richard he will to. Who knows maybe he'll be like his sister and when he comes to visit in the summer he'll meet some country girl and fall head over heels. I don't worry about him anymore. Thomas has really stepped up as a father. He doesn't work late anymore, he doesn't work weekends or holidays either. He's always home when Dylan needs him and he even offered to help Teddie with anything she needs. It really amazes me how much he's changed. Thomas has also sworn off woman for a while, which is good thing for him. He actually seems happy for the first time in his life.

I'm planning on writing. I haven't done it in years but I feel like I have a chance to really work at it some more. Maybe I could actually publish something like I always wanted to.

Richard looks over to me and smiles. That look he gives me to let me know that I will never be without him.

"I love you." He says and I smile.

"I love you too."
