Dear exams,
You lead to our future
Causing us agonizing torture
We stay up all night in preparation
Only to later be rewarded with precipitation
You distance us from our friends
And that's not even the end
You stop life and make us wait
Until the results that come so late
Our parents sit there frowning
They think all we've been doing is lounging
And of course we could have all done better
But that's why I'm writing this letter
No matter how hard we try Its inevitable, In the end we'll all cry
You bring us this dispare Laughing without a care
Your sadistic and you know it
We want you to stand up and show it
Why don't you try being judged
By a couple of words written all at once?
Why don't you try living up to the need
Of the parents you so disparity want to please?
Huh, I thought so.
You wouldn't dare.
So let's just try to be a little fair
Don't pretend to be all important, When you know your just not worth it.
The stress we face
Foreve a disgrace
Has us living in a race.
And if we do well, then that's not the end
Cause then your the envy of your friends
Parents favoring the smart
Ignoring the rest
Causing broken hearts
Siblings fighting,
Words thrown
Students pushed!
Tears shedding,
Friendship fading,
And it's all because of you, Just goes to show you how much you can do!
